Double color injection mould|double color mould|Sino mould

Traditional bi-color mould is popular using in the modern life, traditional double color mould has two types, that is the core mold plate level movement and the core mould plate rotating.

Core level movement

Mould with two cavity, and one core. The first injection barrel shooting, cavity and core closed. Finished the first color injection, and after plastic solidification, mould open. The product located on the core cavity, then with the cavity, the plastic  level move to the second mould cavity. Mould closed and second injection barrel start the shooting action. After injection progress, we open the mould and get out the complete products.

Core plate rotating

There will have two cavity and two back to back composed core, and this core can rotating. The injection molding machine has two injection barrel, the second injection barrel the best set at the injection machine vertical side and can injection at the same time with different two color. After injection two color, and the colors solidification, injection molding machine just need to open and auto eject the complete products is ok. Then can rotated core plate rotating 180°，injection molding machine closed and turn to next cycle.

Since core level movement mode injection barrel injection is one by one, and the core plate rotation mode injection mode is at the same time. So same product, Using the core plate rotating mode production efficiency is two time higher than the core level movement mode.
